the Volvo mounts are top echelon...the solid mounts to replace the hydraulic mounts are good too. and preferable...RSI nor ipd are not competant enough to effectively produce a solid mount...

make sure the sparkplug tips(the screw-on type) are on tight. have you ran fuel system cleaner? could just be bad ignition wire and shows symptoms when movement and heat is present.

a 740 does not have a positive-crankcase...

a 740 does not have a positive-crankcase ventilation valve. just the oil vapor separator a "flame trap", and vacuum line.

i have been running nothing other than e85 alcohol for about three years. only thing observed as a negative is what was already observed is the carbon gum buildup on the valves and injector tips....
