Not sure what tool you are using to rotate but leverage helps. Perhaps try a breaker bar if you aren't already. You can also pull the spark plugs to make it easier but I've not found that necessary...

Dang...somehow missed that when I ordered my Micro stuff and I went with the pack of 10 (or whatever) resistors. Pricey for sure but cleaner than my solution.

I mounted mine to the intake manifold support...

I mounted mine to the intake manifold support underneath. I'm not running an IAC, so not really sure if that is an option with one in place.
