The higher/longer the first gear ratio...

The higher/longer the first gear ratio (Numerically smaller), the stronger the transmission. This also has to do with the Input shaft gear and cluster/countershaft gear ratios as well.

Big adjustable wrench over the flats/gear teeth on the rack(keeps you from smashing the pinion) , and a big pipe wrench on the outer shoulder of the ball joint.

I haven't experienced a Forge or O32 Recirc valve leak under vacuum. If you wanted to, you could easily shim the spring a bit (or stretch it). It's easy enough to check with a hand vacuum pump...

It's far from gutless on the bottom end though. It's probably only 8.7:1 CR, and it's faster than my NA dd down low :rofl:

They're pretty mild, and I haven't seen any concrete lift/duration figures for them. Also, being that they're for a boat they are designed for a peak performance in a narrow operating rpm.

At ORP the front pads made it to about 3pm before they went metal on metal. So that's about 4.5-5hrs of track time. PBR ceramic pads, 3000lb turbo 242 doing 2:0X lap times, running CCW....
