You don't have to choose between low-power factory cams and stage II cams, you can get a stage I cam.

Also did you follow that 16g6 link, full boost by 2500rpm...

It would be better to cut the divider in the manifold to join the scrolls then. That way you can swap it/ get it repaired more easily than a drilled turbo when you decide to do it properly.

Yeah but half of your turbo *isn't* internally waste gated. Adding two waste gates to the manifold (and not using the internal waste gate) is the easiest way of venting both scrolls.
