Fully rebuilt 5.slow with new aluminum heads was ~$2600 for 350+hp and lots of revs.

There are at least 2 different mounting styles, so make sure you get the correct coil bracket for the coils you are ordering.

Those are just LS truck coils, they're cheap new, even cheaper when purchased used.

Many people here have run them, they work very well.

They go on with the flange first, then you rip/cut it off. You'll want to remove the valve cover and #1 cam cap.
I like to get the seal on and mostly aligned before putting the cam cap back on....

I'm pretty sure you just assemble it all, and start torquing the pinion nut.

On diffs with solid pinion spacers, you leave the seal out. There's a much lower rotating torque/drag for those.

Looks good. Not sure what you’re doing for a fuse, but some relays have a slot for an ATC fuse in them. Makes for a clean instal over in-line fuses.

B230ft and lh2.4, but use a lh2.2 throttle body and k-jet IAC (optional, but you already have it) to control idle speed and help with cold starts. It’s really about 4 or 5 wires you have to connect....

It does. Seems pretty decent for the $100 it is, I didn’t have any issues with the installation. I’d probably toss on some good paint if I were to do it again.

Neapco solid are the only ones I use in the race cars now. Much better longevity than Spicer joints.
I believe the earlier 240s were just 1310 u-joints.

I used a 3/4 MC with a tilton, and it's a bit heavy with a ~5:1 ratio and touchy with a ceramic clutch. I think a 0.700 or 5/8 would be the way to go if your pedal ratio is in the 5:1 area
