Headjob, better in- and outlet manifold, larger turbo, H-beam rods, suited pistons, 3 inch downpipe, 100 cell cat and 3 inch exhaust, stand alone ecu etc. Then a pair of B234 cams does wonders...

TD04H-18T (V70R) will do just fine. Part#8601456. Straight fit on 16V mani. Easy 300 hp with green tops and 3 inch exhaust. Been there. Used item shouldn't be that difficult to find.

Open t.stat: pump-radiator-t.stat-block/head-pump etc.

Depends. Head flow determines how fast a turbo will spool up. And displacement/turbo size ratio obviously. Must be some head that makes a GT35 spool up beneath 4000 rpm.

Set-up works fine on n/a engine but turned out not to be ideal for a turbo engine (too much fluctuation). So canister will be connected to all four cilinders.
