I have a holset hre351 with the 3.5” adapter for downpipe if you want to make some power. You’ll need an external gate but that’s no big deal. $300 with the ride as long as you’re in the lower 48.

Yes. For 99% of tbers that want 300 horsepowers!!!1!0” an 8 valve head is plenty. Some bigger valves and an enem cam, which all bolts on using stock hardware, is more than enough.

Either some aluminum pipes and silicone hose cut for a custom fit or weld a new neck on the water pump. Custom made hose is probably easier.

I think you’ll want a thermostatic sandwich plate. Without the thermostat it’s possible the engine may never be able to come up to operating temperature.
