It's perfectly possible to extend the outer skin to fit, it's called a welder, donor skin/metal sheet and a bit of body filler. Very nice piece of fab work there all 'round.

Even then, to make it not look ridiculous you'd need to have fairly low-profile tires on there, which is a lot of money to drop for just a 15" rim.
