so I don't think that I have officially posted pictures of my car yet so here they are. I have already been working on it some. currently i have a 19t with billet wheel and billet wga, 3" tig welded stainless downpipe and full exhaust with stainless borla muffler. exhaust is all v banded as well for easy disassembly. mbc, aem digital boost, a/f, and oil pressure gauges. upper and lower strut braces powdercoated black from that guy in Europe (sorry guy in Europe), ipd sways, lowering springs, billy h.d.s, hubcentric adapters and Volvo o.e. sleipner wheels... on the shelf is my blingy intake, rsi stg2 cam, 3" maf, k&n, 200a alternator, and about 4k of stereo eqpt. and probably some other things im forgetting. anyhoo heres some quick pics I took. ill have better ones later. the car needs a buffout desperately. would you believe its only got 80k miles??

im also going to be tinting the car and adding a vinyl wrap on the sides coming soon. also have some o.z. galilao 3's that I need wider lips for so theyre on the shelf for now.

a few quick pictures trying to beat the sun

How....how do you keep it so clean?!

just did a quick detail of the engine bay, but about a year or so ago I pulled the motor and painted the block and intake. also degreased what was dirty which was minimal. this car was old lady owned before me, and it has 80k so that in itself was a good start. it was also a Kentucky car. for anyone looking for engine detailing spray for black things such as intercooler piping, hoses, ect. STONER brand TRIMSHINE works awesome! make sure to get the aerosol version though. its only sold at orielly around me

where did you get the metal radiator?

The radiator was a new nissen unit i had that had accidentally broke the endcaps on. I took the radiator core to a shop near me and had aluminum endtanks made and polished. Custom work and not off the shelf....oh yeah, also have a set of recaros from a focus st and a glass sunroof to go in

maybe color code the bumpers and mirrors? other then that: Like!

Im debating what to do about that. I want the front bumper lip spoiler and the roof spoiler also so i might paint wjem i get those. as mentioned i will be doing a vinyl wrap on the sides soon so ill figure out how much coverage i want when i get there also

Wow! Really, really nice 940. Super clean and nicely modded. I love the attention to detail. I personally like the black bumpers, unless you go with a full SE kit. Also, I'd suggest painting the core support, but I bet that's on your list.

Keep us updated on your progress.

God, I love some of the wheels Volvo has been releasing.

The car looks great, and the wheels look perfect on it!

So ive been trying to get as much done on the car as possible lately. up on the list currently is the stereo.. sort of. I bought $800 worth of sound deadening and thought it would be close to what I needed. turns out I used most of what was bought, and im still not done with the trunk.. only the trunk today as just this took over 6 hrs.. heres some pics of todays progress. I have ALLOT of high end stereo eqpt. to go in this bad boy!!

<a href="http://s1078.photobucket.com/user/74valiant/media/DSC00841.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/w487/74valiant/DSC00841.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo DSC00841.jpg"/></a>

getting somewhere

<a href="http://s1078.photobucket.com/user/74valiant/media/DSC00847.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/w487/74valiant/DSC00847.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo DSC00847.jpg"/></a>

and finally what I got done today in total

<a href="http://s1078.photobucket.com/user/74valiant/media/DSC00855.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/w487/74valiant/DSC00855.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo DSC00855.jpg"/></a>

I have to say, sound deadening is allot more work than I thought!

tomorrow I will be pulling the rear seat and doing both sides as well as the deck lid. will eventually be doing outer and inner door skins, roof and floor. lots of work to do!

oh yeah, put in some giant green bosch injectors, added a 012 maf, and did the resistor pack mod about a week ago which helped bump up the boost to 13psi. she scoots pretty good, but with some soon to be bought chips, upgraded intercooler, and water/meth injection with the NIW intake and RSI stg.2 I already have should net some good H.P. numbers!

The weight would ruin the stereo thing for me (my box and 10" alone are at least 80lbs.) Because I like fast. I contemplated taking my setup out of my jeep but the weight man uhg
