From XC90 no sound (EU spec car)

So I bit the bullet and bought a new GROM for my XC90 with BT dongle

Installed it and initially had sound, reinstalled the dash and sound is not controllable.
I remeber that they did something like this in EU spec cars and I need to disable something ?
I have a Dice can I do it myself?

In addition it might be good to mention when I plug back the cd changer I get the same results.
Used to work before ..

So after some food ineens back and it works when car not starter in position 2
When I start the car however it stops working and goes back to like its in the video

Dealer did a update of software with some parameter off and it works now!
