Need a new wastegate actuator for my Garrett T3. Is an Ebay one ok?

I am in the process of turboing by 240 with a Garrett T3. The turbo didn't have a wastegate actuator when I got it. I am seeing a couple cheap ones and a couple over $100. I'm wondering if I should just grab a used one from my local junkyard if these ebay ones aren't good quality. Anyone have any others that they have used?

I have a good used Garrett one if you need it. It will be cheap. I have no experience with aftermarket/ebay ones so can't help there.
