ive got a b230a in my bmw compact, its got the alti low down new the oil filter, its an original volvo one. Now, when i had the engine built, the engine builder put a cerpentine belt on it like the bmw had so he could use the bmw trigger wheel for the microsquirt. Now, when it first went in, everything worked well, now the alti i think is sitting weird on its bushes. Is that a common problem with the b230? it looks like its has a lot of play in the bolt. Is there some harder bushing or something you can get for it?
