fasteners to mount speaker back piece 240

Good evening everyone!

The black plastic speaker holder that is riveted into the door skin I had to drill out. I need to re attach it to a newer door panel.

What have other members used as fasteners to re-attach this backing as I am worried about clearances.

can't you use something like this with a short screw?
