The doors on my 122s sag a bit. How difficult would it be to find new hinges to replace them? Which wears first in these, the hinge body or the pin? Should I just try to adjust the doors to deal with the sag?

I guess I will figure it out when I get them apart.

Any tips on getting the phillips head screws out? I have had trouble with those on different cars in the past.

I wonder if anyone has tried reaming them out and installing bushings similar to what some American cars do.

I've had best results when using it with a heavier hammer requiring less swing. Less tendency for the impact driver to bounce around, and less chance to deform the underlying sheet metal.
