Did you run it inline with the BCS or just the MBC?...how old is the turbo/miles?

Just the MBC IIRC. Not sure on the age of the turbo - I bought it second hand. It was (aren't they all?) sold to me as being low mileage, one careful lady owner who drove her Volvo to Church on Sunday etc etc.

I think the car may be possessed.

Right rear suspension is 1" lower than the left rear- Nivomats, why have you betrayed me?

Soon.

Very much looking forward to this being ready to roll again - upgrades this time round are a 20T, much larger intercooler, new charge pipework, 90mm MAF and a map specifically for everything once it's buttoned up.

If we have the time this will then spend spin it's wheels up on the dyno, I'd be interested in what it'll do.

Such red! Looks good dude.

Too bad you're on the other side of the pond or we could go ride bikes. I just got a new race bike last week.

Talking about bikes, here's one we're making at the moment - who can guess what this is for?

I got a Specialized Allez frame set, this one:

I have hung 9000 shifters, brakes, and rear mech. Ultegra 6800 front mech because cost per gram for 9000 front is stupid. For cranks I have a pair of Cannondale Hollowgram SI SL. They work perfectly. Ritchey wcs alloy stem and Ritchey wcs classic alloy bars. Thomson Masterpiece seat post. Fizik Aliante carbon braided saddle. Training wheels are cyclops powertap G3 wheels. Racing wheels are zipp 404 firecrest tubular. I'm really really really liking this bike. Crit races so so well.

In the middle wearing an air attack because speed.

They're great frames - I was a hair away from getting one last time I was in the US.

I'll be racing on the track this summer - picking this up today:

Well, it's ten past nine, the girlfriend is out collecting dinner, I've run out of parts to bolt onto the track bike:

And the car is a MAF to turbo pipe away from being remapped.

Car is now remapped, serviced and I'm very much looking forward to collecting it tomorrow.

Tim just sent me a message to say that he's timed it at 6.2 seconds between 60-100mph (100-160kph).

There's not a great deal of room now with the new intercooler in place:

Zircon works (for the first time!), and so does the intercooler, so mission successful there.

New pipework, to be painted black when I get the time:

I didn't get much of a chance to find out what it can do on the journey home- 50mph rolling gridlock for 100 miles, but the one clear stretch proved that it certainly moves when it wants to. Under hard acceleration it puts the "washer bottle low" light on, for some reason (it's not low).
