Thanks everyone! Very happy how well they turned out. Added the nylon pulls today.

Same way Volvo designed them, using the round plastic clips.

Man, nice work! Love the door panels. And the work on the seats...my girl is a Volvo fan and I went to add head rest cushions, she got upset, "that shape is one of the ways I know what it is!" So others will appreciate that touch. Although I still don't like resting my head on those hard ass things lol.

That is awesome she’s into Volvo’s, I wouldn’t know...my ex hated all mine. Now that I think about it, this may have played a part with our divorce...hmmm.

Anyway, went to the JY yesterday and came across a ‘92 Red/Charcoal 244 with 111k on the odometer, almost felt wrong picking it. It had the best charcoal interior I’ve ever seen. I didn’t need the front seats however, I eagerly snagged the rear seat for the 242. There isn’t a single cigarette burn, puncture, tear, nothing...

Damage free console

Have you ever seen cleaner foam?

Cleaned and in the 242

Along with the rear seat, I grabbed the black grill, minty wheel well cover (I never see these, ever) console, all 4 black handle pulls, all of the black trunk accessories, and that mint cibie passenger head light.

Things I didn't grab but may later regret, crack free dash, and panels in remarkable shape.

So I guess I have a thing for carb’d Redblocks...

I have a low psi fuel pump that’ll replace the in-line and I’ll ditch the in-tank with a piece of fuel hose. Closer to get this one back on the road.

Congrats to the new owner, nice ride.

Wish I had that carb setup when I had a 2 month long fight with KJet.
