240 Parking Brake Dragging and Squeaking

On my 93 240...

After replacing the rear rotors and parking brake shoes, passenger side parking brake seems to drag and make noise. I hear it at low speeds, not a constant noise but something that must be rubbing with each rotation. "Erp erp erp"

When I replaced the shoes I freed up the spreader and made sure it was moving freely

I'm tempted to throw parts at it - new brake shield, clips, and the spreader linkage.

I've tried loosening the cable, not using the parking brake, and just putting miles on it for to wear in.

Any parking brake tips before I take it apart again?

Might be the shield touching the disc, doesn't need much. If you have a spring plate for the pads' pins then that might be a little sideways and touch the outer edge of the disc.
