do i have a 240 turbo rear axle

i need some help so to get my car street legal again i need the same rear axle as the 240 turbo
i have a 1987 b230f+t aw71 and i need the part number for them thanks in advance
 
Soirry, I don't know the part number. However, a manual 240 turbo uses a 3.73 rear axle. This is also the rear axle used on all of the later B230F automatic cars. This is the 1031 axle which is the same as used with a 240 turbo. So, just look for an axle from a late model automatic 240.
 
Parts catalogue shows 1216097 for the Turbo, which says "marked 1031" on the following page.
