Somehow I missed this thread when it started 8 years ago??? And now a random bump after 5 years of silence... Weird. But I'm in! The Ultimate resurrection thread. I have had a couple 16v turbos. And It is still one of my favorite powerplants of all time. I have to say this from my 2019 self, it is MUCH harder to find parts lately. The engines don't show up in the junkyard any more...
Here is my current project. It should be running in January 2019 I hope.
It's a 92 740 wagon that has been sitting for 10 years. A friend let me pull it out of his backyard to use as a daily driver. I just had to "get it running" first. Good thing I had a couple heads and parts squirreled away in my basement from my old 16VT days...
And a little tribute to my old Volvo wagon, since I missed this thread in 2011 when I still had the car. Anybody know where my wagon is today?
