Pig: '79 242 16vT

Not sure on the tire size, but the wheels are 17x8 et20 BMW (BBS) e39 style 42 wheels.

Car looks great OP.

I was referring to Slovo?s post that he quoted from page 1.

ESMs 16 x 8 meshies. He must have edited his original post as it included all the pictures from the first page.

Just gonna leave this here...

In my defense, Harald forgot to put a flywheel in his car. Lol.

The torque curve of the 16v is so linear. It pulls from bottom to top. And quickly.

Hmmmm, might have to pull that before anything expensive breaks...

Been busy getting this ****box out of the garage so the German ****box can get its engine pulled. It's like playing a particularly exhausting game of musical chairs. Alas, its interior is once again cohesive. More details once motivation wills itself into existence

Wow, those do look nice in there Harald.

Reminds me I need to get back on the seat project on the wagon some year.

I do like that steering wheel setup better than the other one. The dish on the old one was just funky when I drove it.

Digging the Bertone "real Corinthian Leather" door panels! I'll go the same route on my 242.

So what did that driveshaft / universal joint issue turn out to be? Are you running the Aerostar output yoke on your T5? Or did you try to fit the 4 cyl. Turbo FORD massive yoke on?
