Started it up this morning, and it would run on three if I didn't give it any throttle, until it warmed up... I'm betting on something in the ignition, since I haven't touched that, yet. New cap/rotor/plugs/wires should be here by Wednesday, and I'm having them shipped to work so I can change it all over lunch. #partscannon

In other news, I took it out on Saturday and enjoyed some of the finer rural roads in the area, and the grip is addictive. Hella addictive.

Thats awesome; I didn't realize they're 3d printed. I wish I had access to such a thing, but I don't. Curious if your Ray's wheels would take the same size center cap as my rpf1's. I'd happily send some dollars if that were a possibility.

A couple of weeks ago.

IIRC, there's a stock cap that will fit the RPF1... PM Homer and ask what he did for the ones on his 244, but they /look/ stock.

Davis went well and the car really handles now. It's just a bit lacking in power, but I've got a couple of ideas in my head for that.

On the to-do list: Install the T5 that is currently residing in the trunk.

Picking up a roof rack from Ken and benson0021's Mk3 Supra seats over the weekend, so I can fix the lateral support thing and the inability to haul the flathoods I'm hoarding thing.

If the T5 adapter in FS doesn't sell before $payday, I'm getting it. If not, I'm ordering headers from KL Racing and rebuilding the exhaust.

TheBornOtaku got a fantastic shot of the homebrew center caps... You can just barely see a piece of the teflon tape that's helping hold them snugly in place.



T5 in the trunk, Fox body driveshaft soon...

Next step, order things from Ben. Lots of the things.

Muteki SR48. #JDMbruh special, because I didn't want to put shiny lugs on a car that I'm aggressively de-shinying.

Jealous of your T5.

I like them pretty well. T5 needs to go in, and then...

The car is having a couple of senior moments, so I'm thinking about the direction I want to move in, depending on where the problem is. If ignition/fuel, correct and move on... If compression/leakdown, then I'm thinking about migrating the 398 head and K-Jet onto a 230F bottom end.

I use similar lugs from JR and i am very pleased with them.

Mk3 Supra seats are officially in and stupidly comfortable.

Tomorrow is when I find out just how bad things really are. Already ordered a gasket set from IPD because I know it's a matter of when, not if the head gasket will go, since we're talking a 38 year old, daily-driven B21 here.
