Conversion 960 B204FT to B234FT

Nice work. I have the B204GT and the Emerald, I just don't have them combined.
Emerald is on my B21ET, I love the setup.

Perhaps I should build an Emerald on the GT too, that would solve a lot of problems.
Did you install it yourself, and tuning?

Very nice set-up. Me likey.

It looks like your Festo vacuum canister is only drawing from one cylinder in the picture you showed. Is that true or do you have another shot that shows how it picks up from all four. That was a bit of a pain for my set-up, mostly because those fittings are not common in the states.

Set-up works fine on n/a engine but turned out not to be ideal for a turbo engine (too much fluctuation). So canister will be connected to all four cilinders.

OK, that makes sense and is what I ended up doing too.

When you installed the Bosch 044 pump, did you remove the in-tank pump? Is your fuel tank modified? Thanks.

There is a new in-tank pump in my 960. Also fuel lines were replaced.

Unless you want to run a 5 cylinder engine on Coil packs then he's bloody useless.

We kept telling you you should have put a 6 in there, your sump wouldn't be leaking either. I'll even give you a brand new, genuine Volvo 760 badge. Still in its packaging.:-P
