I'm not good with the forum thing much, anymore. I killed my facebook (for the reasons of enjoying life), so I may make a few posts regarding the updates of this car.

Backstory: This is the famous The Poi's 960 t6 wagon. Long story short, I have it now.

My friend Jeff saw this car online, and knew it was his dream car. He and I have been talking for a while about doing a project for him, and this came up in perfect timing. So, he pounced on it, and after a month or two later, it was headed on a trailer to Dallas, Texas.

Goals:

650-700wheel, streetable

Keeping it short and simple:

T6 block (rods,pistons, R/R, DeeWorks Closed Deck)
N/A dual VVT head
CD009 (deeworks kit)
Willettrun Turbo Kit (GTX3584RS, V-band housing)
Willettrun Intake manifold with Drive By Wire throttle
Fuel system with PWM returnless style pump setup
Air to Air intercooler with new plenary style end-tanks
and finish it off with a willettrun dyno tune.

Electronics:
MaxxECU RACE with 6x EGT and DBW (lambo 3.5" bosch throttle and volvo e-pedal)
CAN Keypad for triggering off and on things
(possibly maxxECU PDM if it comes out in time)
ECUmaster ADU 7" dash
Comprehensive vehicle CAN network (lol)

Planned strategies:
quad wheelspeed input to ECU,
traction control
boost by gear
rolling launch
flex fuel
gps and accelerator for telemetry data via ADU

and the list goes on.

Glad to see the Poi vaggen find a loving enthusiast willing to "go the distance"....... subscribed.

Hi Andy
Hello everyone.

Does anyone have a line on a 960 front clip?

I'm excited for this one. I read that you're familiar with ecumaster. Any reason for choosing maxxecu instead?

I prefer maxxECU over ECUmaster. Measuring pros/cons, I prefer maxxECU over the emu black. I am very interested in the emu pro when it comes out.

I installed a C6 Vette plug and play maxxECU setup this weekend. 2150cc injectors, e85 , twin 6466, big cam and E throttle. Working out the tune, but I don't think it can be beat. Every install has been decent and working proper. Miatas give me the most issues (noisy harnesses), but that's about it.

Side note: I decided to change up my header design on my p2 v70R wagon. I previously was intending it to be a sidewinder.

Moar Huracan content pls. Also, your opening post says T6 but I only count 5 holes on that engine. What gives?

I'd also love to see some pics of that rear leaf spring. I'm going to be modifying mine soon, id like to know if he just chopped the ends, sanded it down, or both.
