Mike has it spot on there, start with working out what springs you want/need. As you are going coilover now changing spring rate later on will be easy enough if you need to.

general info:
You usually don't get the damping set, then figure out what springs might work with that damping.
Figure out the use of the car.
Get the spring rates for that usage (at least a starter rate) and sways. Use a little math do arrive at the height, yadda.
Get shocks for that spring rate and usage.
Fine tune with changing springs/sways/shocks if needed.
So???any thoughts on spring rates ??
275-300 lb/in front, 175-200 lb/in rear.
