Se88e_K's crazy Volvo 142 16v Turbo

this flywheel?

http://bakaxel.se/koppling/svanghjul/svanghjul-volvo-rodmotor-8-bult-startkrans.html

and you're using a standard 765 e34 M5 pressure plate and 6 puck clutch? So besides turning down the outside of the clutch the pressure plate just bolts up to that right?

I'm not too keen on my 9" dog dish flywheel w/ standard 740 turbo pressure plate and 6 puck. Doesn't hold all that much torque and this seems like a good solution.

Sorry for the many questions, but can a 765 pressure plate be fitted to a redblock flat flywheel aka 8.5" flywheel?

Yes it is the flywheel I have. You can not use 8.5 "flywheel, it is too small in diameter., You can use the dog dish flywheel and turn it flat and drill it for 765 pressure plate.

Homemade flex plate in aluminum between the gearbox and propshaft. Dual bolt pattern, 110 mm to gearbox and96mm to propshaft

Then I was out premiere ran a bit today :)
Drove not so long but had not washed the car from everything garage pond during the winter.
Tried to throttle a little was welling up at 0.4 bar only but there is potential.

Will probably replace the gearbox pads late, sits nylon pads now. Becomes a little too stiff.
Is a little vibration from the ?propshaft so I may adjust the support bearing little.

Now it's just a little mapping left then all is finished.

Brings some images.

Now it is finally a bit mapped on the street :)
Has not been anything special fuss at all except that there is vibration in the driveline around 60km / h, but then drop it completely.
Tried then to schimsa up support layer 1.5 mm and then it got better but it's not quite a hundred yet. But as soon as it loads so it's no vibration at all.

boost that is at least 1 bar now. Then we raised it to 1.2 bar but it became just a little higher revs after 6000rpm so it's little lab spirit mad load valve left .
Full pressure is now at 4700rpm is enough to get it a little earlier with some more lab spirit but on the whole it works well I think.

The grip is completely absent in 3rd gear now so the question is how much boost I can use before it starts to spin completely on the street.
The idea is to charge at least 1.5 bar late , otherwise you will get increase boost late in the bench if it spins to much on the street .. Now dc load valve on only 23% all the way and now rises a little boost all the way to the turbo 's not the bottom than :)
With my past turbo so the valve was set to 79% and then fell boost still at higher rpm so it was probably pretty stressed .

Was going to take to boost up someone else day now during the Easter Holidays.

Google transle is my friend ;)

Much has happened since the last update.
In May drove first on the Strip. Went pretty well. 11.25 / 207kmh @ 402m.
Low in revlimitid 50m before the finish.

Then I drove to the race track and crashed quite dramatically into a steel railing.
The car was crooked frame both front and rear. The car is under construction now again with much fiber, whole front, doors, trunk lid and plastic windows.
Is the front axle from the 240 now with its own tubular frame. Becomes very pictures now.

Before the crash

My first post in this, but it was an amazing car before you crashed it; but sticking with it after, and fixing it like you are: my hat goes off to you.
When **** hits the fan you're like :poo: Good on you!
