since it's raining I cant crawl under my cars to check

does the 220 suspension bolt up the the 122s? I know the axle mounts are different but how are the body mounts/brackets ?

Aren't the springs in different spots? Behind the axle on the wagon, on the axle on the coupe/sedan. So the wagon could have a flatter floor.

No clue about the body mounts for the control arms. What year? The early 120 rear suspension had a different style bushing/mount.

Not particularly. With modifications you could do it, but if you're welding on things, you could make about anything fit. I stuck a 140 axle in my early 120 once.
