That sure is a cramped space you're working in.

It's not as bad as Justin's bedroom/shop/office.

Things have started piling up over the past week. Once the big things go in, it'll free up a lot of space and clutter.

Having a heated garage to work in is amazing when it's seemingly below zero everyday for months.

I want to see how the rc's look when its on the ground and one color. I'm unsure if they will fit the style if the car, regardless they kickass due to there weight.

Big ol' calipers

Fresh off the boat (truck) from Kansas. Ready for sandblasting, paint, undercoat, and new bushings.

I would strongly consider boxing them after shortening, I will gladly do it for you when you come to get the strut brace.

No, these are Brembos off a 2005 Touareg.

I'm not terribly concerned about it, but if you're offering (and the timing works out) I wouldn't say no.

Thanks for the kind words, guys! I really appreciate it.

Trying to keep up the momentum on this thing.

Modified the bracket/tensioner for the saginaw power steering pump and added a few spacers so that I could fit the 91+ pump on the early pump bracket. Didn't get a picture of that. I'll need to get some new hydraulic lines made up for it--planning on checking out a shop on my way home from work one of these days.

Got a good start on the getrag crossmember.

Painted the front behemoths.

In addition to finishing up the trans crossmember, I'm planning to work on running the engine harness this week.

Engine harness is in. I'm waiting on the intake manifold before I finalize that wiring and wrap it.

Justus (justlie) came over today and gave me a hand with some of the in-fender chassis wiring. Also picked up a craving boost strut brace.

Feeling happy with the rate of progress right now, but so much more to do before driving this car 35 hours out to iPd!

Also, two tone hood hinges? what?
