My '97 940se project

Got this nice 940se with "only" a couple of months ago and i was thinking about tuning this one properly. This tuning setup was the initial plan for my old 940 but that one didn't like the 2 minutes of revlimiter while doing donuts..... you probaly can guess how that ended. Cylinder walls were toast and one cilinder had no compression at all.

The new 940 is a much better start. No piston slap, no oil/coolant usage, stock headgasket and a lot of other signs of a healthy engine.

Now my setup
- td04 16t turbo
- 470cc bosch ev6 injectors (hoping to run a 19t on these aswell)
- ipd turbo cam
- 3" downpipe into a 2,5" simons exhaust system (thinking about a cat delete?)
- 3" maf from a volvo 960

Got myself a plx devices AFR gauge, and a proper VDO boost and oil pressure gauge.

I had a similar setup as you. 012/470cc opel injectors/18T.

Use at your own risk!

I got rid of the lean spot when it hits boost, and took fuel out at the top where LH turns ridiculously rich. Also retarded ignition a bit at high load, while increasing timing under cruise.
