Default Fuel system refresh

On my quest to find a suitable replacement/upgrade for Arnie, my '80 242, 2turbotoys suggested the fuel pump that he's using, an in tank DeatschWerks DW200. For my purposes I think this will work well and I think I'll pick up another for my '80 245 as well since in this application, the advice was that it takes the place of the main pump underneath the car as well. Two birds, one stone.

That being said, I think it would be a good time to replace the fuel pressure regulator as well. Right now, it's running the stock 90+ FPR, but in the future planning to go turbo, what FPR have you guys used for that application?
