ive had this idea for a while since I +T'd my 240 wagon.

original 240 turbo badges are very $ on ebay or on here, and i ended ebaying a 760 turbo badge and cutting it up to put turbo badging on my tailgate. I always kind of wanted to have a +Turbo badge though, just to rep the fact that its not a factory version, and also kinda wanted a proper 240 badge since the font on the 700 and 900 badges is different.

so i finally had some time in solidworks and printed one last night. I started out trying to just make a "+" to match the 700 badge i have, then went all in on the proper 240 font.

voila!

turbo front grill badge dimensions

OK here is what I measured.
Overall dimensions
3 3/4" wide.
1 1/16" high.

Lettering
Left side to the upper bar of the T is 3/8".
Right side to the O is 3/8".
Top down to the bar on the T and to the vertical tip of the B is 1/4".
Bottom up to the lower edge of all letters is 1/4".

Hope that helps. Looks good!
