Wow TP21 in a original condition - nice.
And Ok, I didn't mean to argue, but still, I will prefer a Sugga, with an upgraded engine and brakes not the stock ones from the 50-es.

Nice manifold, Man!
So sad I don't have a B30 engine with that manifold and 3 carbs on it.
It will be a thirsty bastard, but hell, it will be accelerating!

Cheers

Default The 50-th anniversary big emblem

That's the emblem when I got it - see not very eye-catching...

And that's how I've managed to restore it.

I think I did well

Default How about super heavy-duty keychain from Bulgaria?

And that's not some stupid pot metal, or some zinc alloy castings from China.
A local firm laser-cut them right out of medical grade stainless steel SAE 316L !

10€ per item, but hey - pleasure has no price!

Do not cause allergic reactions, It doesn't change color over time,
does not break or bend (very strong material).
No maintenance required - it doesn't darken and it never corrodes!

This is very cool feature as for the 240 and can be very useful too.
The new cars have it included, bum I'm sure that was optional equipment back in the 1970-1980-es, which makes it rare.

Cheers.

Stanger in a strange land...

A study in "rare" Swedish parts, assembled in the form of an '87 245, on an 800 mile road trip to very rural Oregon. Made it with out a hitch. Pretty cool for a collection of old parts.

If you really want the functionality, Hella is making generic ones.

What’s the going price for a set of those in the US? I might have a good set with grille if anyone’s interested.

I bought one of those recently. Pretty rare! The later downdraft type is much more common.

cheers

Semi-rare I guess you could say...5 panel taillights, flat hood grills, spidereyes, etc.

Would you like a narrow (Grp A homologation -style) grill to go with those quad rounds? I have a few I ought to sell.

cheers
