Steve Volvo 242 GT

Hey Volvo heads i have a 1980 Volvo 242 GT as in my profile pic i'm a good mec. but i'm stumped now it ran like a Raped Ape 1st it started not starting up when it was cold so had to use starter fluid an then it would run on idle if you hit the loud peddle it would fall on it face but when it got warmed up it was fine is that the cold start injector or the fuel pressure regulator or something different that was the 1st problem...

The 2nd problem is now it will not run at all unless i spray starter fluid in the air intake manifold it runs like 3 or 4 sec. until the starter fluid is gone then dies good gas in the tank but i'm not getting fuel up to the fuel filter on the engine bay fire wall the fuel pump is not buzzing what do you guys think fuel pump relay fuse pin #5 an #7 ...?????? Somebody let me know ASAP thanks....
