Nope, thats an evo head. I don't know much about them other than that they are amazing, and amazingly expensive!

No, as in a specially designed head for the redblock to get as much performance out of 8 valves as possible.

Nah, that's just what you typically end up with when you start optimising inlet/exhaust flow.
