I've got a pinhole leak on my lower atf cooling line located directly under the clamp nearest the motor oil pan. Aside from replacing the line, whats the best way for me to go about fixing this tiny leak? Will JB weld do the trick?

The pressure in the ATF line is only about 30 psi but I would not trust JBWeld.

You can cut and splice with compression fitting connectors but replacing with a new line is probably easier.

Just curious, I've never replaced transmission lines before, but do I need to be concerned about air getting in the line? I've only ever replaced engine coolant lines and that was something I learned the hard way.
