B21ET unknown turbocharger

Hello guys,

i have a B21ET, which has an unknown (for me) Garrett turbocharger on it. Its specs are:
Compressor: A/R 42, BCC2, M24, Turbine: 0148 11, JW6, M4 and is oil cooled. No other info available!
I really have no idea what this thing is, some say on the net that it is a T25, some say that it was used on corsworths. As far as i know .. it was provided with this engine and never swapped!

The thing is that this turbocharger (tweaked using a MBC by turbosmart) maxes at a steady 16 psi while sometimes spikes up to 18-19 on overboost. However even if i turn the MBC's dial up, nothing happens, so i suppose this is the turbo's limit.

Does anyone know what this turbo is ? And what can it be replaced with for about 300bhp?
However it starts spooling @ about 2200 rpm and it is fast up to this pressure, but i would like a bit more

Wow !! Thanks John, lots of info. Despite the fact that the ET is not mentioned, the turbochargers should be the same. Anywayz, i have to remove it measure and see what fits.
