740 high beams not working

Low beams work just fine, and the fuses for the high beams are good. Replaced bulbs with new, and still the same thing. The high beam indicator light on the dash comes on as well. I was thinking there might be a relay for them, but after some searching it looks like that's not the case. Grounds maybe? In reality this isn't a huge problem, it's just annoying.

I suppose the stalk could be suspect, or maybe the headlight switch itself?
 
There definitely is a relay for the low/high beam function. It is marked K in the relay panel. It is a short silver metal relay. The diagram in the link above is incorrect. The picture to the right of it showing the relay board for a 740/940 is what US market cars had in them. The head light relay is the 2nd from the left in the first row.
 
I had the same problem a few years ago... a new relay solved the issue.
