This thing; I need another

Right, so I pulled the oil pump, from my old, ****ty/awesome bottom end and went to put it in my new, awesome/****ty bottom end and realized this thing was left in the old block, but that hte new block doesn't have one (it SHOULD stay on the oil pump since that's where it came from. Any way, where can I get a replacement, besides opening up a junk yard motor and hoping it wants to come out? I can't get this one out without mangling it.

That's the drive, i'd just buy a new pump. Not worth risking a 2k motor of a $100 pump imo

no...no.

The drive isn't circled, the collar AROUND the drive is circled. It left itself in the old block.

IPD seems to maybe sell something, but it very clearly states that it isn't for b230s. Looks like the newest motor IPD says the part will fit is a b20.

Sadly I do not. I'd like to be able to verify a part number before I go to the dealership's parts department tomorrow if possible. They don't seem to like looking up parts for our cars imo.

i just looked in VIDA and i couldn't find a part number for it. i checked in the section for the pump and the engine block and didn't see a separate part number.

the other option is to buy a used oil pump and use it or steal the collar off it for your pump. like even though this one is $45 shipped, you don't have to go to the junkyard and spend your whole day taking an engine apart. this is the cheapest one on ebay, i just looked.

also could post up a wanted ad on here, maybe someone has a junk pump they can get you the sleeve from.

yeah, that's what I thought might work, but then based on the picture, and the fact that it isn't for anything newer than b20, I figured it wouldn't.
